Boxing in the wheel arches helps to reduce road noise, creates a usable flat top surface and protects the wheel arch from damage. Our Arch Boxes deliver all of this, whilst maintaining the vanconcept style in a lightweight design to fit in with the rest of your conversion.
We offer these in two designs, either with a fixed top or a hinged top, giving additional storage area on top of the wheelarch. Internal dimensions are 925mm wide by 209mm deep with a height of 319mm, so should fit the majority of single wheel arched vans (but please do check!).
Manufactured from 2mm thick powdercoated aluminium, with optional aluminium corner profiles to stand up to any abuse that comes their way. The lid on the hinged design is manufactured from 1.5mm steel to give added strength and is hinged at the rear, with secure (rattle free) closing courtesy of foam and velcro strips. The box come flatpacked and simply rivet together. Screws are provided to attach to the floor and walls.
