The bed frame - now in stock!
Our bed frame kit is designed to be the most versatile off the shelf bed frame kit on the market, for the VW Crafter and Mercedes Sprinter van platform, both MWB and LWB.
Specially designed vertical struts are mounted to the internal ribs of the van bodywork. These support the tubular steel side rails at the desired height, with increments every 25mm. Four cross supports mount between the rails and are adjustable laterally to fit the varying width of the van as it tapers upwards. The overall length of the bed frame kit is 200cm but has been designed to be easily shortened to cater for the customer's specific needs.
With the steel frame fitted, simply add in some ply to the top and your mattress material and you have a robust bed to relax into on those nights away.
