The Bulkhead Surround creates a neat transition between the cab and the rear of the van and is specific to each van type. Manufactured from lightweight & rigid PVC construction board with aluminium B-pillar surround and lined in a choice of finishes, it is securely fixed to the internal ribs using the mounting points from the OEM bulkhead. It’s supplied in multiple pieces with two different options available to suit your layout.
Shelf Top - for above cab storage with a walk through floorplan. The top portion of the Bulkhead Surround is filled in and features a cutout to gain access to the storage compartment above the cab (see our Cab Headliner Shelves). B-pillar surrounds go down to the floor, allowing the floor of the van to extend in the cab, for walk through access and ideally setup to work with two single swivel seats.
Open Top - for maximum walk through access. Retaining the full height of the original headliner, the surround fills the gap neatly between the front and rear of the van. The lightweight PVC construction board has a clean white appearance and non-porous edge. This material has a smooth appearance and can be used as manufactured, lined with automotive carpet or vinyl.

Please note; all kits are designed to work with a finished floor height that is 21mm above the top of the metal floor ribs on a FWD van. Some vertical adjust-ability has been designed into the kit +/-2mm and if your finished floor height is higher, or you have a RWD / 4x4 van, the bottom edge of each panel can be easily trimmed.
