At first glance, our Locker may appear to be like any other overhead storage locker, but what happens when you need maximum van space and need to remove it? Our unique design can be quickly removed from it’s four mounts, folded flat and locked into a 50mm thick unit ready to be hung on the garage wall, out of harm's way until its next called into action. Couple this with the possibility to mount 2, 3 or up to 5 (in a LWB Crafter) in a row (max 8 in a van) then you have a serious amount of additional storage capacity.
Designed with a powder coated steel frame, housing a lightweight & rigid PVC construction board base and end panels, the locker can be fitted to any van using the vanconcept Crux system. The lockers front features a full size door, with pneumatic opening ram to hold the door open and can be fitted with an internal shelf (optional extra). The entire locker is easily fitted to the van by one person using the four mounting points within a couple of minutes. An optional touch sensitive LED strip light can be fitted to the underside of the locker.
Our locker is a product for life. When your van bites the dust, or you feel it's upgrade time, don't be put off by starting a new conversion from scratch. Take our products with you! Our core products have been designed with longevity in mind, so will fit any van which has our Crux system fitted. On occasion, a few specific mounting brackets or end trims may be required to ensure a seamless fit, but we’ve done our best from the start to standardise our products for maximum compatibility.
